My name is Maria Qazi. I am a CSS aspirant, English teacher in Iran, and author at CSSPrepForum (CPF) with a keen interest in advancing my writing skills for both teaching and writing purposes. Exams have a very harsh image on students’ minds, leading to feelings of disappointment, lack of confidence, and diminished courage. Despite the class, religious, and cultural diversities that prevail in society, Sir Kazim leads his students towards collaborative work, unity, and cooperation. Owing to that, students find a comfortable environment to express their ideas freely, allowing them to cover extensive lessons in a short span of time. Additionally, he pays his full attention to students, checks their progress, from single lines to lengthy essays, on a daily basis, and gives feedback and suggestions, helping students understand their weaknesses, overcome their flaws, and move swiftly and easily towards betterment.
In what ways did Sir Kazim’s course improve your confidence in writing structured, high-quality essays and précis or blogs, etc.?
From word to word and line to line, Sir Kazim has guided me and kept me on track, which profoundly assisted me in writing coherently, relevantly, and concisely. Additionally, through his detailed evaluation and guidance, I can now write strong thesis statements, standard essays, and well-structured paragraphs. His techniques have not only improved my professional writing but also enhanced my ability to teach academic writing.
What specific techniques or strategies did you learn from Sir Kazim that you still use today in your writing?
Sir Kazim’s profound techniques helped me develop a compelling thesis and present stronger arguments supported by evidence, a solid background, and more realistic and acceptable facts, unlike the vague statements I used to make before joining Sir’s classes. His methods enhanced my critical thinking, allowing me to analyze texts, generate ideas, and have a stronger outlook on various topics.
How would you describe Sir Kazim’s role in helping you achieve your academic and professional goals?
Sir Kazim is the only teacher and mentor who helped me understand my abilities and skills, recognize my goals, and have a greater vision of things. His spiritual and inspirational approach not only aided me professionally but also shaped my personality and made me a stronger person with higher aspirations. Among thousands of educators, only a few possess the qualities of tolerance, non-judgment, perseverance, and openness to students’ diverse approaches, and Sir Syed Kazim Ali has all these. He not only assists students in their professional careers but also addresses their personal challenges, paving the way to success for his mentees.
What kind of success have you achieved after completing Sir Kazim’s course? Can you provide specific examples of how his teachings impacted your exam results or life?
For years, I used to teach and work according to the syllabus and materials determined by the academies and schools where I worked. There was little room for my personal ideas and perspectives. However, after joining Sir Kazim’s classes, I have become empowered to articulate my viewpoints, propose my consideration, and promote my self-constructed syllabus and study plan.
